The event featured well known personalities from various industries like, the noted capital market expert Mr. Ramesh Damani, Mr. Mreenal Chakraborty- Professor, Cambridge University and many more.
 
The two day Ai-Foster was marked with events, activities, seminars, workshop and guest lectures which involved eleven prominent business schools of Mumbai and Pune, including the leading institutes like JBIMS, K.J.SOMAYA, MIT Pune, NITIE. The winner was MIT, Pune and were awarded a cash prize of Rs 20, 000. The students from AICAR received a cash prize of Rs. 5,000.
 
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ramesh Damani, member, BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), commented “Over 15 well known management colleges of India, coming together on one platform to share innovative business plan is a very unique and rare case. AICAR business school has given a platform to the budding talent pool of India aiming to become leading entrepreneurs of tomorrow. With Ai-Foster, I believe students will definitely understand the secrets of successful investment.”

On the successful completion of Ai-Foster, Mr. Ajay Oberoi, Director General and Trustee, AICAR Business School & Executive Vice President, Aptech Ltd. said, “AICAR business school has a unique philosophy of ‘learning by doing’. This initiative was driven under this philosophy. Time and again we keep organizing innovative forums and competitions to give the students a hands-on experience about the field in which he/she wishes to enter.”

AI Foster was an initiative started this year by students and the business plan competition is being conducted for the first time. However with a good turnaround of students from different colleges and successful completion of the competition, AICAR management wishes to conduct it year on year.
