I had an ICICI direct account for around 3 years. I found their services extremely steadfast, professional and inexpensive.

May be it is good. Everyone is bound to make mistakes but if ICICI bank was a fraud and worst bank, it might have got bankrupted.

Yes Definitely, I have an account with ICICI. I always got best facilities from there. I regularly use Internet and mobile banking. All these systems are very fast and easy to use.
