Monsoon to withdraw from Rajasthan by early Oct: IMD

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that the monsoon is likely to withdraw from Rajasthan by the first week of October.

Aijit Tyagi, director general of the India Meteorological Department(IMD) was quoted ass aying that conditions have become favourable for the withdrawal from west Rajasthan. We expect withdrawal to take place from northwest India by first week of October.
