Ajwa Fun World & Resort Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2007, the detailed report of the operations of the Company and the future strategic planning to increase the value addition to the investors was conceived. As a part of restructuring of the operations and to boost up the activities the Company is in the process of acquiring the large area of the Land to develop the project of the Company and gear up the diversification activities in related area more lucrative and profitable to the Company's operations. Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors are in the process of negotiation for the large value investment in the land to be purchase by the Company.
