The company has informed that, they are restructuring the project and implementing the same with the technical collaboration from an Australian company with the financial assistance from an Australian company through their India outfit. As per the proposed restructuring and increase in the installed capacity of the project has resulted in increase of the capital outlay, therefore, increase in authorised and paid up capital. EGM of the company will be held on 09.03.02 to consider increase in authorised capital.
