Bhilwara Technical Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended the March 31, 2011 and the Balance Sheet as on that date of the Company and the report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Pawan Kumar Deora, as a Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Ashim & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on a remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. The agenda item for appointment of Shri. Nirmal Kumar Bothra as Director of the Company who proposed his candidature u/s257 of the Companies Act, 1956, was neither proposed nor seconded by any member present and hence, the item was dropped..
5. Appointment of Shri. Rakesh Bohra as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as on that date of the Company and the report of the Directors and Auditors thereon .
2. Re-appointment of Mr. P.S Dasgupta who retires by rotation, as a Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Ashim & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, the retiring Auditors as Auditors of the Company to hold office from conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration terms & conditions.
