Cellulose Products of India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Director's Report including Report on Corporate governance, Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006 and Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the year 2005-06.
2. Re-appointment of Shri Roopesh Chaitanya, as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s C C Chokshi & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as Auditors of the Company for the year 2006-07, to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms and conditions
