| Dhoot Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 03, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the Board to sell, lease, transfer, and / or otherwise dispose of the whole or any part of the Company's undertaking comprising of the plant located at Vallabhapuram Village, Chivemumla Mandal, Suryapet, Dist AP, or any part of its assets and liabilities as a going concern, on such terms and conditions and in such form and in such manner as the Board of Directors of the Company may decide in the interest of the Company with full power and authority to the Board of Directors to do all such acts and things as may be necessary to implement this resolution, subject to necessary approvals & provisions. |
