1. Adoption of the audited annual balance sheet as at March 31, 2008 together with the reports of the Auditors and the Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. SVR Rao as a Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. R K Gulati & Associates, Chartered Accounts, New Delhi as the Statutory auditors of the Company until the conclusions of the next annual general meeting at a remuneration, terms & conditions. |
