Approval of the resignation of Mr.Anuj Vipin Sukhadia as the Whole Time Director of the Company and resignation of Mr.Vikram Devjibhai Patel as the Independent Director ofthe Company. 2. Appointment of Ms. Tanu Singh as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Ms.Pooja Dhirwani,upon her resignation. 3. To consider and approve the resignation of M/s M.V.Damania S Co.as Statutory Auditors of the Company and appointment of M/s Laxmikant Kabra & Co.in place of the resigning Auditors subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. The Board has further decided to obtain shareholders approval through the process of Postal Ballot for the appointment of Laxmikant Kabra & Co. as the statutory Auditor of the Company. The board has appointed Mr.Jay D'souza,Alwyn Jay & Co.,Company Secretaries as the scrutinizer for the purpose of conducting the Postal Ballot process. 4.
