Ordinary Business:
1. Adoption and approval of the audited balance sheet as March 31, 2011 and profit & loss account of the company for the year ended on March 31, 2011 and the Report of the Directors' and Auditors.
2. Reappointment of. Mr. Deepak N. Patel as Director of the Company, who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment.
3. Reappointment of the M/s. Bhadresh I. Shah, Chartered Accountant, Godhra as Auditor of the Company.
Special Business:
4. Regularise Mr. Mitul Narayanbhai Patel as Director of the Company Who was appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
5. Regularise Mr. Sanjay Mahendra Vyas as Director of the Company Who was appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
6. Regularise Mr. Mineshbhai Sheth as Director of the Company Who was appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
