Shree Narmada Aluminium Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following : 1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2012. 2. To approve the re-appointment of Shri D. J. Patel as Executive Director of the Company for further period of five years from February 20, 2013 subject to the approval of the Central Government, if required. J. Patel as Executive Director of the Company for a further period of five years from February 20, 2013 subject to the approval of the Central Government as per the Term and conditions as recommended by the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
