Company Profile

Incorporated on 9 Nov.'90 as Dharnendra Milk Food Processors, Dharnendra Agro Food Industries was promoted by Fly-up Fashions. The company manufactures and markets spices, dehydrated vegetables, processed foods, curds, fresh fruits, etc. Its products are used in a variety of food products directly or indirectly. Some of the products also have medical usages in tonics, health food, etc. The company came out with a public issue in May '93 to part-finance the cost of projects for agro-food products. It plans to increase its product-mix and installed capacity. It also plans an edible oil project at a total outlay of Rs 52 cr for the diversification programme.
