Company Profile

Emkay Industries was incorporated on 14 Sep.'92 as a limited company. It was promoted by M K Khanna and Rakesh Khanna. The company was engaged in the trading of copper metal and copper wire products. In 1995, it decided to manufacture copper wire (inst. cap. : 1200 tpa), super enamelled copper wire (inst. cap. : 750 tpa) and copper strip (inst. cap. : 750 tpa), at Jalandhar. It has commenced its commercial production form 29th Sep.'96. It came out with a public issue in Dec.'95 to part-finance of this project.
