Company Profile

Global Foods Ltd was incorporated as a Private Limited Company and converted into a Public Limited Company in terms of Special Resolution passed under Section 31/21 read with Section 44 of the Companies Act, 1956 and its registered office is in Delhi. During the year 1996-97, a sudden ban was imposed by some of the CIS countries against the meat of Indian origin, due to which the profits decreased. Now the ban has been lifted. The company plans to establish a slaughter house at Shahpur in UP.
