Company Profile

Gujarat Optical Communication (GOCL) incorporated in May '94 and promoted by Gujarat Telephone Cables, Ramji Patil and associates is in the business of manufacturing Optical Fibre Cables and PIJT Cables (Polyethylene Insulated Jelly Filled cables) GOCL has entered into a technology transfer arrangement with Swisscab, Switzerland, which is supplying machinery, technology, and technical assistance. Optical fibre cables are increasingly used as high capacity digital trunk carriers. Besides their use in the telephone industry, optical fibre find wide usage in message transmission by the Indian Railways, power transmission communications, pipe line communications, etc. GOGL, an ISO 9001 certified company, is more quality consious about its products.
