Incorporated in 1990,J M P CASTINGS LIMITED,is been engaged in manufacture of Cast Iron Castings,Steel Castings,S.G.Castings & Components for Motor Vehicles.
The company went on Public Issue in the year 1995,and has issued 60,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at par aggregating to Rs.6.00 crores to part finance for the expansion programme in the Dhogri Plant,Jalandhar. Issue of Equity Shares includes Firm Allotment of 16,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at par aggregating Rs.1.60 crores to Indian Financial Institutions,Mutual Funds and NRI's.
The company has tied up with Eicher Tractors and Swaraj Mazda Ltd for the supply of Castings/Auto Components.
