Company Profile

Out of City Travel Solutions Ltd was incorporated on August 18, 1980, as Tilak Finance Ltd. The company came with a public issue in 1981. The company is engaged in finance, Investment, Consultancy and having interest in power project business which is fast growing and developing. The company is planning to setup 25MW Solar power project. This BSE Listed Company is managed by the Board of Directors comprising person's with good business and commercial experience. Besides the members of the Board, the company have a team of professionals having vast experience in Management, Technical, Finance and operation. Our Turn over is Rs. 245.42 lacs . The Company has issued Bonus shares at the Ratio of 4:1 ( 4 Bonus shares issued for every 1 existing share) to its shareholders in the year 2010. The name of the Company has been changed from Tilak Finance Ltd. to Out Of City Travel Solutions Limited. In August 2011, the company has decided to to enter in to Business Transfer Agreement with M/s. GSR Techno Consultancy Private Limited for purchasing the Travel Portal Business (www.outofcity.com) of GSR Techno Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Also, the company decided not to continue and carry on NBFC business.
