Trackparts of India (TIL), a twenty-seven-year-old company, manufactures under-carriage assemblies and steel forgings. In 1994-95, TIL also set up a 100% EOU at Taloja (Maharashtra) to manufacture 5310 tpa of plastic bags/films in technical-cum-financial collaboration with Stollpack Ver Packings, Germany, one of the largest suppliers of these products in Europe. TIL is also expanding its forging capacity from 1500 tpa to 3000 tpa and track components from 1200 sets to 1500 sets pa. In 1994-95, TIL issued bonus shares in the ratio 2:1. Its foreign collaboration is over and the technology so received has been fully absorbed.
