AUDITOR'S REPORT
We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of INNOVATIVE PRINT-FORMS
LIMITED as at 30th September, 1996 and also the Profit and Loss account of
the Company for the fifteen months ended on that date annexed hereto and
report that:
We report that :
a) We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best
of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit.
b) In our opinion, proper books of account, as required by law, have been
kept by the Company so far as it appears from our examination of the books.
c) The Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account referred to in this report
of even date are in agreement with the books of account, and
d) In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the
explanations given to us, the accounts subject to:
Note 2: relating to non-provision of gratuity liability.
Note 5b: relating to quantitative information in respect of production,
turnover and closing stock of finished goods not having been given for the
reason stated gives the information required by the Companies Act, 1966, in
the manner so required and gives a true and fair view:
i) In so far as it relates to the Balance Sheet of the State of Affairs of
the Company as at 30th September, 1996;
and
ii) In so far as it relates to the Profit & Loss Account, of the Profit of
the Company for the period ended on that date.
