AUDITOR'S REPORT
TO THE MEMBERS OF NOVA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of NOVA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED as
on 31st March, 1994 together with the Statement of pre-operative project
expenditure pending allocation for the period from 1-04-93 to 31-03-94. Since
the company has not started commercial production during the year ended on 31
st March, 1994, no Profit and Loss Account has been prepared, We further
report that,
a. We have obtained all the informations and explanation which to the best
of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of the audit.
b. In our opinion, proper books of account as required by law have been
kept by the company so far as appear from our examination of such books.
c. The Balance Sheet dealt with by this report is in agreement with the
books of Account.
d. In our opinion and to the best of our information and acaording to the
explanations given to us, the said accounts, read together with the
Schedules, the Notes and Accounting Policies give the information
required by the companies Act, 1956. in the manner so required and the
Balance Sheet gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the
Company on 31 st March, 1994.
