AUDITOR'S REPORT
We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of RAVLON PEN COMPANY LIMITED
as at 30th September, 1996 and also the Profit & Loss Account for the
period 1st April, 1995 to 30th September, 1996 and report that: -
1. Further to our comments :
(a) We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best
of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit.
(b) In our opinion, proper books of accounts as required by law have been
kept by the company so far as appears from our examination of such books.
(c) The Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account referred to in this report
are in agreement with the bank of accounts.
(d) In our opinion and to the best of our knowledge and information and
according to the explanations given to us and read together with other
observations contained in annexure referred to in paragraph 1 above and
particularly note no. 1 (h), 5 & 6 with other notes to the Accounts, the
accounts give the information required by the Companies Act, 1956, in the
manner so required and give true and fair view.:
(i) In so far as it relates to Balance Sheet of the State of affairs, as at
30th September, 1996 AND
(ii) In so far as it relates to Profit & Loss Accounts of the Loss of the
Company for the period 1st April, 1995 to 30th September, 1996.
