AUDITORS' REPORT
The Members,
Sudarshan Cement Limited.
We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of SUDARSHAN CEMENT LIMITED as at
31st March, 1994 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that
date annexed thereto and report that:
1. Our observations on the statement of accounts referred above are given
in Annexure-ll to this report. SUBJECT TO ABOVE ANNEXURES I & Il.
2. We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best
our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit.
3. In our opinion, proper books of account, as required by law have been
kept by the Company so far as appears from our examination of such
books.
4. The Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account referred to in this report
are in agreement with the books of account.
5. In our opinion and to the best of our informantion and according to the
explanations given to us, the said Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss
Account read along with Schedule 1 to 15 and subject to our observations
in Annexure I & ll give the information required by the Companies Act,
1956 in the manner so required and give a true and fair view:
a) In the case of Balance sheet, of the state of affairs of the Company as
at 31st March,1994 and
b) In the case of Profit & Loss Account, of the "Profit" of the Company for
the period ended on that date.
