MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS
OPERATIONS:
ARCIL, taken-over possession of company's main factory Land and Building at
Umbergaon with plant and machinery vide possession Notice dated 14th July
2006 under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial
Assets and Enforcement of Security Act, 2002. Therefore the company is
presently not having any manufacturing activity. The company had not
received any details from ARCTL about the amount received and adjusted
against outstanding of the company and not issued no dues certificate to
the company. The assets are still in me books of accounts of the company.
The entire operation of the Company is suspended.
