Operations
As reported in the previous year, the Works at Gundla Pochampally,
Hyderabad remain in-operative for almost six years row with services of all
workers terminated. Negotiations are new in progress with State Bank of
Hyderabad for an one-time settlement of their loan amount of Rs. 405.94
lacs by sale and disposal parts of the landed property at the Works at
Dumdigal and ponnal. Accordingly, a resolution in respect thereto is
included in the notice convening the meeting for approval by members. The
Company has not accounted for any interest to the above loan amount for the
current financial year.
