Before Delisting the company allows you to tender shares in open offer. I would suggest you to hold it. The company will get listed on the bourses and it will list minimum Rs 100 plus. My personal target is Rs 400. Nobody knows when it will list. Hold it if you can.

Essar Steel presently delisted. I am having shares in this com. How can I sell. Can anyone explain why delisting is allowed by SEBI since delisting of the shares harm the investor
