The board of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services in its meeting on 29 August 2011 has approved the appointment of Arjun Balan as an alternate director to Brij Raj Singh.
Further, the board has approved the appointment of Walker, Chandiok & Co., the Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors of the company, subject to approval of shareholders.
