AGC Networks Limited, India’s leading ICT Solutions provider and Integrator in Unified Communication, Network Infrastructure, Data Centre, Virtualization and Enterprise Applications and a subsidiary of Aegis Limited, an Essar enterprise, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year for 2011-12.

Q4 2011 Revenues of Rs. 3.03bn with EBITDA of Rs. 417mn at EBIDTA Margin of 13.8%
Revenue grew by 56% and EBIDTA by 235% over Q4 2010 - 2011
FY 2011-12 Revenues at Rs 998 crores with EBITDA of Rs 1.08bn at EBIDTA Margin of 11%
Revenue grew by 69% and EBIDTA by 107% over FY 2010-11
150% dividend declared of Rs. 15/- per share (including dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (50%) on company completing 25 years)as compared to 45% last year

The fourth quarter has been phenomenal and we have seen a 235% jump in EBITDA over same period last year.”
