The board of Abbott India in its meeting on 15 March 2012 has appointed Rehan Khan as additional director of the company with effect from 15 March 2012.
The board also approved appointment of Rehan Khan as managing director of the company for a period of five years with effect from 15 May 2012, subject to approval of shareholders.
Further, Vivek Mohan has tendered his resignation as managing director of the company with effect from 15 May 2012.
