The board of Ador Welding in its meeting on 26 April 2012 has appointed Satish M Bhat, president & chief operating officer, as additional director with effect from 11 May 2012 and designated him as the managing director of the company.
Further, Raman Kumar, managing director will superannuate from the services of the company on 10 May 2012.
