Adrian D’Souza is a graduate from Bombay University and has done his Diploma in Personal Management and Industrial Relations from the Goa Institute of Management Studies (GIM).
He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Philosophical Studies from the Institute of Philosophical Studies, Assagao – Goa. Mr. D’Souza brings with him over a decade’s experience in the Hospitality sector, and as such has handled the HR operations and functions. He is currently designated as the Corporate Director – HR for Zuri Group Global.
His portfolio includes taking care of the HR Operations in India for the organization.
Prior to joining the Zuri Group, D’Souza has worked as the Human Resource Manager at The Leela and Renaissance Goa Resort – Ramada, where he spearheaded the Manpower planning, Recruitment and Training. He is an active member of the Human Resource and Curriculum Development Cell – Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Goa and a Visiting faculty at the Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Curchorem – Goa.
