Aegis Logistics Ltd. said today that its Board of Directors will meet on September 1, inter alia, to consider stock split and fund raising.
The stock today ended 3.2% down on BSE at Rs305 after touching a low of Rs299.60 and a high of Rs314.25. It had opened at Rs307.70.
Close to three lakh shares changed hands on the counter today.
