The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine asks grain traders, operating on the domestic market, to refrain from exporting of wheat before clarifying of the present situation with the further resowing of winter grain sowings.
Director of the department of agrarian markets development of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, said that it is important that traders do not export the surplus volumes of wheat which will be critical for the domestic market. But traders can easily export any volumes of barley or maize.
They believes that in the terms of complete absence of precise estimations of the possible death of winter crop sowings Ukraine can not actively export wheat volumes.
The present estimations of resowing of winter crops sowings vary within the range of 2-3 mln ha, said S.Kvasha.
