As per latest release from the Vietnam Food Association, Vietnam exported 340,184 metric tons of rice in February, down 23% from the previous month and 2.2% lower than the same month last year.
February's exports were lower than the General Statistics Office's estimate of 400,000 tons released late last month. This was mainly due to Lunar year holiday's in February.
