Air India is planning to induct and training of new pilots to put its larger aircraft such as B 737s and A 320s back to the skies, according to reports.
Reports stated that the airline is flying 38 of its scheduled 45 flights on account of the strike.
Ajit Singh, the Union Civil Aviation Minister also stated that it would take hree to six months of training to make pilots capable of flying the larger aircrafts such as B737s and A320s.
