The board of Ajanta Pharma in its meeting on 26 April 2012 has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs 7.50 per share.
Further, the board has approved the sub-division of nominal value of equity shares of the company from Rs 10 each to nominal value of Rs 5 each, subject to approval of members.
