The board meeting of Alok Industries will be held on 18 May 2012 to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the company for the entire financial year ended 31 March 2012 and for recommendation of dividend, if any.
The board will also discuss and consider preferential allotment of equity shares/ warrants to the promoter/ promoter group of the company.
