Arshiya International Ltd, a global supply chain and logistics infrastructure solutions company, announced consolidated total revenue of Rs. 1.33bn for the quarter-ended Dec 31, 2009 as against Rs1.14bn in the corresponding quarter (Q3FY09) ; registering an increase of 17%.
Additionally, consolidated EBITDA for the current quarter is Rs. 226.1mn as against Rs. 180.2mn in the corresponding quarter showing an upside of 25%. Operating Net Profit for the current quarter stood at a total of Rs.141.3mn increase by 9% as compared to Rs. 130.3mn in the corresponding quarter.
Arshiya’s Rail Infrastructure division currently operates 7 rakes and delivered total revenue of Rs. 12.58 crores in Q3FY10 with an EBITDA of Rs. 32.5mn for the current quarter. Arshiya Rail Infrastructure expects to operate 10-12 rakes by March 2010.
For the nine months period for FY10, the company reported consolidated total revenue of Rs 3.52bn. EBITDA was at Rs. 601mn for the nine month period of FY10. Consolidated Net Profit after tax stood at Rs. 79.25 crores which includes exceptional income of Rs. 39.76 crores.
