The board of Associated Stone Industries Kotah in its meeting on 02 February 2012 has accepted the resignation of S M Shroff, director of the company with effect from 02 February 2012.
Further, Anita Jatia, alternate director to S M Shroff has also ceased to be a director of the company with effect from 02 February 2012.
