The board of Atreya Petrochem in its meeting on 02 December 2011 has approved the appointment of Jayesh Thakkar as the managing director of the company to hold office upon such terms as are contained in the notice to the annual report, subject to the approval of members.
The board has approved the appointment of Charandeep Singh Saluja as the new company secretary in place of Urmiben Majhetiya, resigning company secretary.
