The board of Atul Auto in its meeting on 06 July 2012 has allotted 36,57,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 3.66 crore as bonus shares credited as fully paid up to all members of the company, holding equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company in ratio of one new fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 each for every two equity shares held on book closure date (i.e. 05 July 2012).
