The board meeting of AuSom Enterprise will be held on 30 July 2012 to consider the un-audited (provisional) financial results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2012 and to consider the re-appointment of Kishor P Mandalia as managing director for further period of three years on the same terms and conditions.
