The compensation committee of Aurobindo Pharma in its meeting on 16 December 2011 has considered and approved grant of 12,05,000 options at an exercise price of Rs 91.60 per option (each option confer a right to one equity share of Re 1 each) under the Employees Stock Option Plan, 2006.
