BG Group has agreed to sell its half of Britain's Seabank Power Limited to Hong Kong's Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings for a total 211.7 million pounds ($323.2 mln), according to a report.
The report stated that Seabank Power Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between BG and Scottish and Southern Energy, owns and operates the 1,140 megawatt combined-cycle gas turbine Seabank power plant near Bristol.
