Arihant Superstructures allots equity shares On preferential basis The board of Arihant Superstructures in its meeting on 20 June 2010 has allotted 1,24,99,994 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to promoters and non-promoters on preferential basis.The board has appointed J. D. Shah & Associates as internal auditor of the company.The board has accepted the resignation of Lata Mallya and Nitin Chopra, independent directors from the directorship of the company.Further, the board has appointed Varaprasad Atluri as non-executive director of the company in place of casual vacancy created by the resignation of Abhishek Balar.
