Excel Infoways appoints director With effect from 11 August 2011 The board of Excel Infoways in its meeting on 11 August 2011 has accepted resignation of Bela Ash, executive director of the company.The board has decided to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore.Further, the board has approved the appointment of Arpit Khurana as executive director of the company.
