Exide Industries appoints auditorsExide Industries has announced that S R Batliboi & Co., Chartered Accountants did not seek reappointment as auditors of the company at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on 17 July 2012. At the said meeting the shareholders have appointed S R B C & Co., Chartered Accountants, a network firm of S R Batliboi & Co., as auditors of the company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. S R B C & Co., Chartered Accountants has accepted such appointment by their letter dated 31 July 2012.
