Hind Aluminium Industries to issue equity shares To increase authorised share capital The board of Hind Aluminium Industries in its meeting on 22 March 2010 has approved to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs. 5.50 crore to Rs. 6.50 crore.Further, the board has approved to issue 13 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each on preferential allotment basis.
