Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity sharesOn 01 August 2012Housing Development Finance Corporation on 01 August 2012 has allotted 7,28,300 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exchange of 7,28,300 warrants by 43 warrant holders of the corporation.Further, the corporation has extinguished the said 7,28,300 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 3,05,79,495.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs 300.89 crore consisting of 150,44,58,305 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
