Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity sharesUnder ESOSHousing Development Finance Corporation on 15 October 2012 has allotted 4,00,250 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/ officer.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs 307.86 crore consisting of 153,92,93,690 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
